Because many of our items are handmade and/or digital, we ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are final sale. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.
Physical (Handmade) Items
We gladly accept returns or offer replacements only if:

Your item arrives damaged, or

You receive the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Return Process

Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back unused and in original condition.
Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error or damage during shipping, we will cover return shipping.

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
