All physical items are handmade with care and typically ship within 7-10 business days are typical unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination. Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly and electronically and do NOT include shipping or ship.
Holiday Times
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended.
